This Week's Stuffs

Coming to you on Thursday, because I am gone for the weekend!

KNITTING

I've been knitting a lot of Christmas gifts this week and remembering how much I love it.

LENA HORNE

Who doesn't love Lena Horne?! If you would like to have the greatest afternoon ever, set up a Pandora station based on Lena Horne holiday. Then "Add Variety" with Ray Charles holiday and Ella Fitzgerald holiday. Then make some tea or coffee and maybe add a little kick to your beverage, and knit up some Christmas presents or do some cooking.

DILL

Fresh dill is quite possibly my favorite herb. I've used a lot of it this week.

THIS PRINT

I must have this, though I do take issue with some of these selections.

STARDREAM PAPER

Ok, the name is RIDICULOUS, but I have been working with this metallic paper this week, and it's really beautiful. You can definitely produce some fantastic pieces with this, and it's so fun to print on. The metal in the paper affects how it takes ink in some interesting ways. I do not usually go for sparkle, but this...this I like.

CANDLES THAT SMELL LIKE BAKED GOODS

I've never gotten down with the whole sugar cookie or vanilla or apple pie candle business, but I have been loving me a Gingerbread candle from Anthropologie and the Vanilla Bourbon candle from WoodWicks this holiday season.

ELF

Duh. Every time I watch this movie I am blown away by how fantastic and just really well done it is.

Have a great weekend! Watch Elf! Light some sweet smelling candles! Put booze in your coffee! And listen to Lena Horne.
